RETURNS: Carbon Motors accepts returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. We fully guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept defective items for a full refund or exchange. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. We are able to refund shipping and handling charges only in the case of manufacturing defects.
Returns should be sent via UPS or FedEX, as we need to have a verifiable tracking number to follow in the event of a lost or delayed package. If a package is sent via any other method, and is lost in transit, we will have no way to verify the package, and will not be able to complete the return process.
Return package must also include the following information: Reason for return, whether the return is for refund or exchange, and if an exchange is requested the item number, size, color, and quantity of the requested exchange items.
If an exchange request is made, Carbon Motors will assess an exchange ground fee comparable to the item that is being exchanged.
If the following requirements are not met, the return process may be delayed significantly.

Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip is required for reimbursement of the purchase price as well as the original product.
BACKORDERS: We work hard to endure prompt delivery of your order. However, if for some reason a specific product is on back order, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to notify you of the delay. We will give you an estimated delivery date or allow you to change your order for an item that is currently in stock.

UPS Ground: All shipping calculations are based on standard UPS zone shipping tables for International and Domestic shipments. All pricing for orders are in US dollars and must contain a valid email address and telephone number. UPS orders will not ship to a PO Box. Duties, taxes and tariffs are the responsibility of the individual purchasing the goods. The duties, taxes and tariffs are NOT included in the cost of goods nor any additional shipping and handling charges that may occur. For this reason, we strongly encourage that prior to placing an order, International customers should check with their local brokerage office to see what import or customs fees they will be charged to receive their order if they elect to have it shipped UPS.
US Postal Service Ground: New USPS laws have been enforced that state all packages must be 4lbs or less to be considered for 1 flat fee of $16.99. Orders shipped via USPS will NOT receive a tracking number, or guaranteed delivery date, or product insurance. If you wish to have product insurance, guaranteed delivery date and a tracking number, please select UPS Ground for your international order.
